Quotes provided online, by phone or in store are estimates until the device has been inspected. The final price is always confirmed with you before any work begins.
Devices are repaired using quality replacement parts. We take reasonable care of every device left with us. Please back up your data before a repair. We are not responsible for loss of data during repair work.
Vapes are sold only to customers aged 18 or over. Proof of age is required in store and age verification applies to delivery orders.
Repairs and accessories are covered as described in our warranty for repairs and warranty for accessories. Physical damage of the product is not covered by the warranty.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability for any claim is otherwise limited to the price paid for the relevant product or service.
